BSW Timber Timeless Timber Decking

Timeless Timber decks out Motorway giant Moto

Timeless Timber has been used to deck out Moto Service stations at Chieveley (M4 Jnc 13), Leigh Delamere (M4 Jnc 17/18 Eastbound) and Winchester (M3 North & South bound).

Drivers stopping off to take a break from their journey now have the opportunity to enjoy their coffee and snacks in the open air after the addition of decked areas outside of the service stations.

Barlow & Sons (Hermitage) Ltd who supplied the decking used Timeless Timber products to achieve the impressive look.

David Barlow from Barlow & Sons said: “We are very happy with Timeless Timber products it is the treatment process that we feel is important, particularly in public areas such as Moto Services. We are lead to believe that Moto Hospitality are looking to roll out similar designs across other sites around the region.”

Bryan Crennell, marketing manager for BSW Timber, the UK’s largest sawmill business says: "This project demonstrates brilliantly how you can dramatically improve the look of any unused area and transform it into an additional and highly useable space, with an opportunity to generate extra revenue.

“BSW’s Timeless Timber decking offers a cost effective stylish transformation, combining the traditional appeal of natural materials with modern design which is ideally suited to this project. It allows Moto Hospitality the opportunity to offer its customer an even more relaxed dining experience while recuperating from a lengthy drive.”

He added: “We have developed a preservative treatment for our Timeless Timber Decking called Timeless Pro-wax to extend the protection of the wood from the external elements. This ensures outstanding durability and versatility, and our 20-year guarantee ensures that Timeless Timber will be as beautiful and functional in years to come as it is today.”

These projects have been considered a huge success and plans are being prepared for further possible sites at Moto services in the South.
